VLCProtocol-Handler

Adds a Protocol Handler to windows, so you can launch VLC from a browser or similar using vlc:// links.

Install

1. Download the release asset VLCProtocol Handler.exe from the Releases page.
2. Put VLCProtocol Handler.exe next to vlc.exe (copy it into your VLC folder like C:\Program Files\VideoLAN\VLC).
3. Double-click VLCProtocol Handler.exe once to register the vlc:// protocol.
4. Test by opening a vlc://... link or pressing Win+R and entering a vlc:// URL.
