Where can I find the Ultra.yml?

Well you need to place UltraPermission.jar in the Plugin folder of your BungeeCord Server so you expect that it will generate the file in your Plugin folder.

Well it doen't do that.

You can find Ultra.yml on the first page of your server files.

What do I need to setup?

You only need to setup the MySQL settings and your good to go!
