Knife Recipes

To decrease the chance of the mod being incompatible with other mods that add similar recipes. I know it says 3 in the file itself, a mistake on my part.

0. The default recipe
1. The Iron Torch recipe, crafted just like a Torch, but with the Coal replaced with Iron
2. The Stick next to Iron recipe, crafted with... well, a stick with an Iron Ingot next to it.
