Created a fcl parameter AddTrackerHist that one can set to true to view the Y v/s Z views of the hit straws.
-> 1 TCanvas per plane
-> Hits whose drift info was used in the track reconstruction are highlighted in blue
-> Right click on the hit to get its straw ID
