Files on resilient disk are accessed on the grid via xrootd using a filename-derived path under /pnfs/mu2e/resilient/datasets/..., with no SAM lookup needed. copy_to_stash gains a --dest flag to copy datasets to either stash or resilient. Update resampler_beam_mixing.json to use inloc: resilient for Run1Bag. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
