"XBox user authentication failed." When adding a Microsoft Account

Description of bug

When adding a Microsoft account via the MultiMC account manager, it throws the error "XBox user authentication failed." even when logging and playing through the vanilla launcher first

Steps to reproduce

Go to the account manager
Click "Add Microsoft"
Log in (I used both the authenticator app AND my password just to make sure)
You get the error
(I even tried re-logging in and launching from vanilla to no avail)

Suspected cause

No response

This issue is unique

• I have searched the issue tracker and did not find an issue describing my bug.

It was just a temp issue (probably Microsoft sided) all fixed now
