News toolbar should show date of blog post creation and possibly modification #4523

Suggestion
In the news toolbar at the bottom, in front of the headline, it should show the date when the blog post was created. If the blog post was edited, it should add "(updated xx)" between creation date and headline, where "xx" is the date according to my system locale. if the date would be today, it should display time instead. (Hours, minutes, and if the locale uses it, day part).
Benefit
In case of less-descriptive headlines, it helps indicate whether the story is one that I already know, or a new one worth clicking.
