Registered user account can get deleted without user confirmation

Description of bug

My account got removed because MultiMC claimed it expired when in reality Microsoft auth servers are unreachable.

This is a major issue as now I can't launch my game at all in offline mode despite being previously registered and logged in, because the auth servers are down!

A registered account should never be automatically removed under any circumstances without user confirmation!!

Since this should never happen under any circumstances I'm opening a separate bug report for this.

Steps to reproduce

Block micorosft auth servers in firewall

Try to launch instance

Suspected cause

MultiMC doesn't ask for confirmation before removing account when thinking it expired

The same. Microsoft servers are down. MultiMC try several times to use the account then deleted it without asking. Now I can't play offline, I have no account in MulitMC at all, only useless link (qr-code), untis servers are down.
Playing offline need any account. Event if I have a proper MC instance.

I have had the same issue.

If I can add on to this bug, only my default account got deleted.

Oh! The client offers absolutely no other option to add a user, it goes straight to the microsoft login. You can not add any local or different account.

its the same underlying issue of offline mode being broken, theres also a bunch of other open issues of the launcher just removing your account for lots of temporary issues like #5620 #5463 #4932 #4312
we really don't need another one to see that it is in fact an issue
