working loop creating new account

Description of bug

Hello, I have a problem that happens everytime I want to create a new account (i recently downloaded the launcher)
when I want to create a new account, it gets stuck in the "working" thing and i cant create a new account, i tried by changing my wifi and it continues to get stuck in there, it is very annoying, so, ill be grateful if you solve this. (Im on windows 7 32 bits)

Steps to reproduce

I searched the problem, and I saw similar situations, but the issue is that i couldnt find an answer :(

Suspected cause

It maybe be an issue with my router, but it maybe dont; because i tried with another wifi.

• I have searched the issue tracker and did not find an issue describing my bug.

make sure your windows is fully up to date, then provide your multimc-0.log from the launcher folder after trying again, keep in mind on a fresh install windows 7 updates are broken and you manually need to install a couple updates!
