修改項目: 修改為對應新的解碼器 將reg的資料指定，改為使用wire連接 刪除沒必要的程式，因為解碼器可以依照計數器給予的值做對應輸出，而不需要另外寫判斷式去偵測數值是否正確。 模組: 議題 #12
