Inventories Sharing across all worlds

I have a issue with inventories sharing across all worlds no matter what permission system. I have deleted pex, essentials, group manager, all the multiverse configs and just installed the multiverse jars. When it boots and makes it all fresh I have made portals and teleported to different worlds and the inventories always transfer. I am using cauldron 1.7.10 Forge 1231 patch (formerly mcpc+). I want to setup separate inventories for multiple worlds but no such luck yet. I get no errors. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Also I have tried this on 2.5 b383 and 2.5b 335 from the default download.

Do the worlds have any forge specific generators/settings?

Encountered this too, also with Cauldron (1.7.10-1.1207.01.198). I just need to prevent hauling items from creative to survival. So I replaced Multiverse-Inventories-2.5 with limited-creative (http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/limited-creative/), which does exactly that. Its not up to date but seems to work well so far.
