Implement transaction reporting

This pull request includes several changes aimed at enhancing transaction handling, error reporting, and dependency management. The key updates involve adding transaction reporting functionality, refactoring error reporting to use a new HTTP client with retry logic, and updating dependencies.

Transaction Handling Enhancements:

Error Reporting Refactor:
