BUG: ODE analysis - Custom input minimum time step causes error

Description:
The ODE simulation was able to run with default parameters. When minimum time step is changed from 0 to "0.1", it causes an error, saying it cannot read "-nan" value and refused to run.
It may have something to do with the specific model I'm working on, since I was able to change these parameters with the simple system in the tutorial.

Was generating "-nan", so change to "NaN".
