Summary

Forward manual recall scoring weights from the TypeScript SDK.
Add Python SDK ScoringWeights support and request coverage.
Update chatbot test mock finishReason shape for LanguageModelV3.

Verification

pnpm --filter @memwal/chatbot exec tsc --noEmit
