Changed the allowed values of those parameters to:

This makes it more consistent with MSC and Simcenter Nastrans.
Warning - this is a breaking change that will probably affect a lot of models - anyone using defaults for CHEXA8 / CPENTA6. Also needs manual updating to match it.
