Feature: Budget Management

Feature includes:

• View list of running budgets
• View list of finished budgets
• Filter budgets based on wallets and period
• Budget dashboard, overview (progress, time left,...)
• View budget details
• View the transaction list corresponding to a budget (navigating to the "Transaction" screen)
• Create a new budget
• Edit a budget
• Delete a budget

Some bugs retained:

• Inconsistent loading state
• Overflow layout when the wallet name is too long

• từ trang ngân sách chính khi chọn 1 ví thì không về lại được
• 2 nút (dấu '+' và cuốn sổ) không hoạt động
• thêm đơn vị tiền
• 'ngày còn lại' có vẻ chưa hợp lí (của tuần > của tháng)
