@BrianSipos I have everything building but im having some issues with what the proper compose is supposed to look like for the latest dtnma-tool, can you take a look?

I think the bulk of changes look okay; there are some tests failing with what look like pretty simple updates needed to test fixtures and not with the ANMS itself. Once the test jobs are passing we can get this merged and work on any follow-on changes.
