Updates for
#25

• can be exercised by trying to send a duplicative ARI in the transcoder should now recieve a toast displaying that its duplicative and the corresponding transcoder_log_id

• included the clearSearchOnSelect="false" for the v-select objects in the builder vues. can now see that when selecting objects the search string is retained

• like for 25 duplicative ARIs are not reentered into the transcoder including resubmitting a CBOR for a previously submitted ARI. Also if there is an error when transcoding the ARI a new toast is displayed altering that there was an issue with the submitted ARI

My comment about the text processing is somewhat more fundamental than just the lines of code change. We can discuss off GitHub if you'd like.
