Github Projects Automation

What we've done so far

• Created a new github repo (this one)
• Wrote up requirements on a Github Projects board.
• Brainstormed ideas and came up with a Google Doc.
• Created a channel on the IMPACT slack called github-projects-automation.

What we need

• A team channel on Slack for general notifications
• An admin channel on Slack for admin-level notifications (such as sprint labels changing, tracking new work during the PI, etc)
