Standardize project logo shapes and sizes

As we've done with the team photos, we want to standardize the logos for the different lab projects. Each logo should be square, with the same dimensions as the team photos (200 x 200 pixels). Whitespace is allowed for these logos.

We should also add a corresponding test to make sure no non-compliant logos get added.
