photos and blurbs for website

Hi,

We would like to have a blurb and photo for each of you. I know this will seem confusing having never done it before, but once you have your photo and blurb ready, Taylor or myself can show you how.

We're hoping to have you open pull requests to change the repository indirectly from a fork (a copy of the repository under your personal account rather than the NBCLab account). The idea is to fork the repository, make changes to your fork by adding your blurb and photo, and then open a PR from your fork to the staging branch of the NBCLab repository. Ben can then look over your changes and make sure they're good before merging the PR.

As of #22, all three of you are set. We need to get pictures and blurbs for Laura and Chelsea, but they don't have GitHub accounts. I'll ask them for the materials and open a PR at some point.

You don't need to change your photo any more (unless you want to). My current PR does some stuff with the pictures so that they don't get smushed.
