Add post-processing tools: ccm2nc, netCDF conversion, and AOD plots

Summary

Added a post-processing toolchain for MATCH output:

• Build fixes for ccm2nc (CCM history to netCDF converter)
• NetCDF conversion workflow
• AOD plotting scripts with turbo colormap, non-uniform contour levels, and extended dust range
• Diff-plot contour level fixes
