Add support for multiple domains

Describe the New Feature

Current version processes one WRF domain. To add support for nested/multiple domains, need to add logic for estimating the number of cores based on the domains, and add logic to post processing for which domains to process and plot, e.g. finest grid only, all grid, etc.
