Rewrite the workspace README (the crates.io/docs.rs pitch page for every
crate) to cover the scene graph, optional GPU compute renderer, unified
render facade, and picking API; add the four missing crates + the
scene-demo quick-start; refresh Status. Docs-only patch; no code changes.
