This patch introduces default url to the `NodeDTO` type. This is the url rendered version of the default language (nb), or the name of the node if no nb translation exists. To be used to generate a shared tracking url in the frontend. Also include the name part of the url on the `NodeDTO`. Both the default and the translated version.
