Convert .doc/CSM-TCP-Router.drawio to Excalidraw source and synced PNG export

The docs contained a Draw.io source that was not aligned with the repository’s Excalidraw-based diagram workflow. This change adds an equivalent Excalidraw artifact and a corresponding PNG export for the same diagram content.

• Diagram source alignment

  • Added .doc/CSM-TCP-Router.excalidraw as the editable source converted from .doc/CSM-TCP-Router.drawio.
  • Preserved the original layout intent: containers, module blocks, text labels, and directional connectors.

• Rendered asset export

  • Added .doc/CSM-TCP-Router.png as the exported image from the converted Excalidraw content for documentation use.

• Content correction during conversion

  • Corrected one carried-over label typo in the converted diagram text (Appication → Application).
