Vehicle Status Schema

Binary Representation - Unsigned 16 bits Integers

0 - The platform is disconnected/cannot reach/failed

1 - The platform is up

Each bit location represent one vehicle or entity:

15	14	13	12	11	10	9	8	7	6	5	4	3	2	1	0
													UGV2	UGV1	GCS

Example: 0000 0000 0000 0011 - UGV1 and GCS is up, everyone is down.
