Making items preparatory / unpreparatory not working

Onkar found a problem last week:

In my branch (8030), in Classes and Attributes, I made the Class PERSON STATED WEAK EYE preparatory, and it appeared with the relevant description in Mauro as intended. However, I then made it unpreparatory, but it is still appearing as preparatory in the Orchestrator:

I have checked it today and found the same issue. I made Person Score a prep item:

I them unticked the pre item box:

Refreshed the Orchestrator and the prep text is still there:

Just to note, that I tried the same with an NHS Business Definition and it worked OK, expect for the description missing as per #691 .

As discussed, preparatory items should not show any other content, for example, Data Element Format Length, Attribute National Codes.
