Details
as part of the investigation into inconsistent responses, we made two small adjustments to improve behaviour:
Prompt update
refined the system prompt to better handle malformed or gibberish inputs that were previously slipping past guardrails
Guardrail adjustment
lowered
MISCONDUCTguardrail strength from HIGH to LOW to reduce false negatives where legitimate EPS queries were being incorrectly blocked
