Updates the VPC resources CDK stack to consume a renamed CloudFormation export for the CloudWatch Logs KMS key ARN, aligning the stack with the newer “CDK stack exports” naming.
Changes:
- Switched the
Fn.importValue(...)export name used to import the CloudWatch Logs KMS Key ARN.
