- Moved ECR repository and policy configurations for operation, batch processor filter, delta, filename processor, id sync, forwarder, redis sync, and mns publisher Lambdas to a new structure.
- Updated references to align with the new naming conventions for Lambda repositories and their associated image retrieval policies.

Could I also request that you attach verification in the PR description through a screenshot of terraform plan output showing no changes in the account workspace?
