Add additional layer to nav structure to group architecture documentation

Context

We have structured our existing arch documentation according to logical/physical/developer views. In order to cleanly structure the new documentation we should try to follow the same pattern.

Type of changes

• Refactoring (non-breaking change)
• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
• Breaking change (fix or feature that would change existing functionality)
• Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
• Documentation

Checklist

• I am familiar with the contributing guidelines
