This PR updates smoking type question and page description.

What's changed:

Question	Have you ever smoked any of the following types of tobacco?	Have you ever smoked any of the following types of tobacco for a period of 1 year or longer?
Description	We need to know what you smoke, or used to smoke, for a period of 1 year or longer.	We need to know what you smoke, or used to smoke, for a period of 1 year or longer. This does not include vaping or e-cigarettes.

Why we are making the change:

• Participants select multiple smoking types even if they've smoked for less than a year
• Participants query why vaping isn't included
