We, CDS-NDSP, for example have our prefix set to `gpc-ndsp`. However, if I would do the `s/-/_/g` myself, plans, vaults etc would have a .. "funny" name (`gpc_ndsp-aurora-plan`, `gpc_ndsp-vault` etc). Instead, only the report plans (of all the resources created in this module) *require* that there's no dash in the name. So instead, do the `replace()` here where/if needed.
