Description

Address security vulnerabilities

• HIGH: Picomatch has a ReDoS vulnerability via extglob quantifiers
• MODERATE Picomatch: Method Injection in POSIX Character Classes causes incorrect Glob Matching

Context

No upgrades in parent package found for es-check and jest so had to put within override block specifically for the lowest dependency in chain - this ensures it doesn't upgrade the other safe picomatch which are sitting at 4.0.4
