Error was occuring when there were no targets to group.

Added AFIS as an optional collection parameter. It can be switched on the fly. Coma VS Image-shift calibration needs to be done to use AFIS otherwise the SerialEM run will crash.
The ability to use the AI hole picker was added. The picks are not very well centered currently but the initial work is done.
