General changes: - Added new aperture_control parameter to the microscope object to enable aperture controls - Added new cold_feg parameter to the microscope object to enable cold_feg-related commands - Added new coldfeg_delay parameter to the collection parameters to control the flashing behavior TFS changes: - Added aperture control where the objective aperture will automatically be removed during atlas collection - Added aperture control where the C2 aperture can be changed during atlas collection JEOL: - Added Gridswapper capabilities for CRYOARM autoloader systems - Added Cold FEG flashing capabilities.
