Initial framework for CryoSPARC Live integration
added download_testfiles command
Added a command to set the from already acquired and recentered squares based on the detector entry. Added a new protocol command to move the stage with offset.
Add atlas_offset to the square acquisition
Added skip button to atlas and square map to skip targets that have already been started. And abort their processing. This is a great tool for skipping a failed target or a wrongly selected area.
Added ability to skip started targets.
Added stage limits where any target farther than 975 um from stage 0,0 will be ignored.
