merge 0.9.2 to dev
Got the new selector_sorter to parse the values of selectors and dynamically set the clusters. Got the display to partially work. Enough for testing right now.

The goal of this commit is to remove the unecessary import of CLI in main_commands.py which slow down the initialization. Additionally, there was a bug in the add_holes command where it wouldn't add hole if none were present. This has been fixed.
