Copy masks, annotations, caches and/or features with CLI tool #105
Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
At the moment the CLI copying tool only considers copying the images. However, the database contains more information, for example the annotations, masks, caches and/or features. These are not copied
Describe the solution you'd like
The CLI tool should have the option to also copy masks, annotations, caches and/or features of a given database.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Copying by just rsyncing the whole folder is possible, but it would make ahcore more efficient and complete if only the needed files are copied.
