Using NIF Validator in FREME

Hello,

we would like to integrate the NIF Validator in our software. We have two problems

a) There is only a SNAPSHOT artifact in the maven repository. We generally only include release artifacts in our projects. Further a snapshot dependency will make our release process fail.
b) The project does not seem to have a license. Can we use it in our project?

The NIF Validator is going to be integrated in the FREME project.
