Update authors on current landing page

Hi all,

The public Rpath landing page is out of date right now given the contributions of many.

I know we are actively working on documentation and this will all be updated when that is complete, but I would like to make sure everyone, especially those that are no longer able to work on this (@SarahJWeisberg), are credited as soon as possible to ensure their portfolio is up to date.

@kaydin What do you think? Can we make a quick change to the current yaml on the main branch?
