decided some of the .github files should be kept, so I made this to allow for this part to be kept

Was initially going to fully integrate this into the newest part, but the reason this is here is way more than I can deal with. This integration is to prevent future incompatibilities with the main branch, as they will be much closer to each other
make a "background" region, it's porpuse to allow stuff that is refferenced, but doesn't have code, to be collapsed to 1 line
move the nonrefferenced to the end
