Learn about vigilant mode.

The tests were run using the OpenStudio CLI and 'run_all_generate_reports.rb'. The script generates OSM's and IDF's, runs simulations, loads results into Excel files, generates and gathers zip files, and cleans up the run directory. Following OpenStudio the Ruby version used for testing is now Ruby 3.2.2. Results are on S3 bucket, and attached to the release to keep the repository size smaller, instead of including them within this repo.
