This release refactors more methods into modules:

• Add support for adding typical interior lighting in an interior lighting module
• HVAC component refactor that moves component level methods into the HVAC module
• Prototype space type mapping to translate old prototype building/space types into new openstudio-standards space types and setting additional properties
• Several minor bug fixes.
• NECB code update.
