Change satellite location field from string to array

This simply changes the nsls2_redhat_satellite_location_name field in the Beamlines collection from a str to a list[str].

I have also included a simple script in scripts directory to update the documents in the database - this will need to be done

1. on the nsls2core-development database when merged into main
2. on the nsls2core-production database before a new release is pushed to production.

This resolves #180

EDIT: Actually as I don't think anything is actively using this field - all databases can be updated once this is merged.
