Looks good to me, this flashing tool page would need some automation but that's another PR/project :)

I've updated the docs for the new V2 stable release. I've removed the old chapters that were specific for the stable release and removed the "beta"-tags used to indicate that features/settings were specific for the beta release where applicable.
I'd be happy if @sebastienvermeille had the time to just double check that I did everything correctly regarding the online flashing tool as I renamed the options to "stable" and "beta" instead of "1.0" and "beta 2.0".
