What does this PR do ?
Ensure all docs updates from main are nightly
The docs that are pushed on merge to main are still pushing to "latest", which is causing some problems with the version picker because the main branch docs are tagged as "nightly". So, this ensures that all docs pushed from main are nightly by moving the push event to the "release-nightly-docs" job.
