Docs: update architecture-and-performance.md to reflect AIMD changes #466
Description
Update docs/concepts/architecture-and-performance.md to reflect the addition of AIMD adaptive concurrency control. The concurrency formula, max_parallel_requests guidance, and common problems table should account for the throttle manager. A new section documenting ThrottleConfig (RunConfig) parameters is also needed.
