This PR adds checkpointing support for TensorFlow plugin (only for CPU datasets).
DALIDatasetis now compatible with TF checkpointing .SaveInternalandRestoreInternalmethods were implemented.DALIDatasetWithInputsis not supported yet.Additional information:
